Before joining New River, Porshia worked as an account executive in the promotional products space managing branding and marketing campaigns for her clients. Among other professional honors, she was a speaker at a products conference headlined by Seth Godin, Skucon 2021. She also completed her certified advertising specialist certificate the same year. Porshia has been a 10-year mentor with The Teach One to Lead One Program, spending most of her time working to help at-risk youth within the juvenile court system.
